吳永俊教授於1996 年取得國立台灣中央大學物理學學士學位,1998 年取得國立台灣大學物理學碩士學位,2005 年取得國立台灣交通大學電子工程博士學位。1998 年至 2002 年間,他於台灣半導體研究所擔任助理研究員,從事奈米元件技術與電子束技術的發展。
2006 年進入新竹清華大學工程與系統科學系,現任工程與系統科學系及半導體學院教授。教授課程,半導體元件物理,半導體製程,元件TCAD 模擬,固態物理等。 吳永俊教授的研究興趣包括半導體奈米元件製造與整合、半導體元件物理與 TCAD 模擬、記憶體。
吳永俊教授已發表超過 100 篇關於半導體元件技術的 SCI 論文,大多數IEEE期刊,與數篇美國專利。他也是英文教材的作者: 3D TCAD Simulation for CMOS Nanoeletronic Devices (ISBN-13: 978- 9811030659,ISBN10:9811030650,https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-981-10-3066-6)。中文教科書作者 “半導體製程與整合”。2023年8月, 滄海圖書資訊 ,ISBN 978-626-9729-166
Yung-Chun Wu received his B.S. degree in Physics from National Taiwan Central University in 1996, M.S. degree in Physics from National Taiwan University in 1998, and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan Chiao Tung University in 2005. From 1998 to 2002, he worked as an assistant researcher in the Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute in Hsinchu, Taiwan, where he was involved in the development of nanodevice technology and electron beam lithography.
In 2006, he entered the Department of Engineering and Systems Science at National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu and is currently a professor in the Department of Engineering and Systems Science and the School of Semiconductors, teaching, semiconductor device physics, semiconductor process, semiconductor device TCAD simulation, solid state physics and other courses. His research interests include semiconductor nanodevice manufacturing and integration, semiconductor device physics and TCAD simulation, and memory . He has published more than 100 SCI papers on semiconductor device technology, mostly IEEE journals, and several US patents.
He is also the author of an English textbook: 3D TCAD Simulation for CMOS Nanoeletronic Devices (ISBN-13: 978- 9811030659, ISBN-10: 9811030650,https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-981-10-3066-6).
